APPLY FOR A GRANT

Qualified tax-exempt organizations (classified as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code) which propose to conduct projects or programs related to the health needs of the Orange County community may apply for funding under the IHF Community Grants Program.

Inquiries are reviewed throughout the year. If additional information is required, applicants will be contacted by IHF staff. Once a request has been considered, all applicants are notified of the outcome in writing.

IHF does not fund individuals, religious organizations for religious purposes, promote or support sporting events or sports-related activities, solicit donations or sponsor fund-raising events.

To Apply for a Grant:

STEP 2: Fill out the application using Microsoft Word.

STEP 3: Return to this page and use the form below to submit your application. Once you have filled out and saved your grant application, return to this page, fill out the form below, use the Browse button to find your document on your local system, and then click Submit.
